Steem Monsters • Slenderman

He feels comfortable in a dark forest but he won't be kept in a box and surprisingly he has developed a thing for Angel of Light.

Has anyone opened a Slenderman... no? Okay, yeah its not in the common card deck just yet. But I suggested it as a common in a comment on @aggroed's post asking for suggestions. So we'll have to wait and see.

I decided to make the card art to support the candidacy for this awkward and mysterious figure. I'm also entering him in the Steem Monsters Art Contest along with El Chupacabra.

The Process

I created a death card template in Photoshop from the real deal Steem Monsters card.

I then sourced a Slenderman illustration on Pixabay. Slenderman was too slender to fit inside the window so I let him hangout and dropped a spotlight behind him on the gray background in the window. You can see the results of the image editing at the top of the post.
