RE: Daily reward cards price slowly going into "memo spam value" category

The earning aspect is major aspect of it. Especially for those that dont have the money to buy cards for tournaments. If the free cards drop in value too much then those with lvl 1 carss i think will have a hard time building up their decks. Now, that could mean they will put in some money into steem but it might mean they wont. Its a balancing act which is why i think a move to ingame currency would be a good path to take. Allows everyone to slowly build up their decks.
Who knows what future holds but matt and aggroed seem to be very competent at what they do.

Agreed on that, it needs to be balanced well. But I think you could do that by keeping daily rewards as is and maybe giving a few boosters as season rewards. In game currency rewarding would be fine, though maybe that should be a one way trade (can buy/earn in game currency but cannot trade them out). Gives a lot of flexibility to control reward value.

I think the average pack value would determine the price of the ingame curency on the open market.

You still have to deal with people buying packs and card values regardless of them being able to trade the ingame currency openly.
With trading the ingame curency they can monetize their time spent ingame.
Nothing really changes imo.

The currency that would be used to buy packs, and cards sold afterwards will now go into the hands of those that want to buy the cards and keep them.
In the very least speculate with their price. And we know crypto is for a large part driven by speculation.
