Searching steemit made easy by @curie and steemlookup.com

in #steemlookup6 years ago

I just found a fantastic steemit search engine!

With steemlookup made by @curie you can do the most accurate search on steemit.

We here at Curie have been developing this great new tool for ALL of the Steem Blockchain to use absolutely free! Curie Curator @laniakea1 and their team of developers have been working tirelessly to complete this new search tool. While some small details are still being worked on it is now ready to be released to the public.

You can narrow down your search as much as you like.

Let's imagine you want to look for new steemians with an introduction post that not only says "Hello - I'm new to steemit." but tells a story in English for example.

You might want to fill in below variables:

  • Select language: English (if you only want English written posts - leave empty for all languages)
  • Include tags (any of them): introducemyself introduceyourself
  • Minimum number of words: 400
Tip: every time you filled in a search field click on another field to activate the search. If you want to search posts written in a certain language fill in this field before you fill in the other fields.

This is the result of above search:

There are so many possibilities to narrow down your search that I need to scroll on my old laptop to see them all.
You can even save your searches!

You can see it's impossible to discuss all variants in one post. But it's all self-explaining.

I hope you enjoy this tool as much as I do.

Steem on!

Thank you for sharing. This is not super easy to use but it is pretty awesome. : )

It looks a bit weird at first sight but after playing a bit with the possibilities one can find great content.

I think I might share my feed in the near future. Do you know about @dustsweeper?

No, i did not yet hear about it. But on fisrst sight it sounds interesting. I'll check later when i'm at home.

wow that's an amazing tool.
I always thought the search function in Steemit is stupid 😂 and busy just search for user. Thanks that you introduce this service to us

yeah - I'm also happy I found this :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Wow, an awesome discovery, man. So glad you shared it. I have already bookmarked the engine.
@curie has done awesome job with this tool.

Heard about this on discord, but this is really well put. I'll bookmark this and go through it later. Cheers

They should hire you to implement this tool for the actual website. Very nice!!

Thanks, but if they hire me there would nothing change. I'm not a website programmer ;)

It's really useful project for steemit members.

This seems complicated to me

It looks more complicated than it is.
Did you try it?

@pundito has set 0.500 SBD bounty on this post! logo_for-light-bg_1000.png What is a bounty exactly?

A bounty is money sent to a post to be distributed to the users commenting on it. It provides a way to reward users directly and works in addition to the steem/sbd they receive from the blockchain. It works independently of SteemPower.

You create a bounty by sending any amount of sbd/steem to @steem-bounty together with a post-url in the memo.

How can I earn a bounty Users are then competing for the bounty by writing their answers to the post in comments that will achieve upvotes from the community and especially the bounty creator. The money of the bounty gets distributed to all top level comments of the post at the same time when the post is paid out (7 Days after it was written). How much everyone gets depends on the votes the comments received. The sender of the bounties votes are weighted higher so that she decideds where 80% of the bounty money goes and all other votes determine the rest.

@steem-bounty does all of this for you automatically. You can use this service to automatically pay out a challenge, ask a hard question or simply to reward the people that interact with you.

Read more about how it works, even in different languages here.

Congratulations to the following winner(s) of the bounty!

  • @adalhelm has earned 0.094 SBD. 0.093 SBD from the creator of the bounty and 0.001 SBD from the community!

Brother @pundito
visit my latest post ??

Just to give you a tip:
Most steemians react allergically on this kind of comments.
You are risking one or more flags if you do it on a post of these allergic steemians ;)

I do not understand your conversation @pundito ??? can you explain to me in detail .. because I would like to give a better comment to the future.

I was planning to do so when my voting power is recovered a bit more ;)

ok brother!🙂 .. i will wait for him ... thanks for supporting me. I really want to be your close friend.
