Keep active in Steem

Hi, how are you Steemian? Hopefully always healthy and creative work.
As Steemians we must always be active in Steem. I feel as a creator of content must always be full of ideas to be written in the form of works such as writing, video, images, photos or other forms. So many things we can choose according to the interests we have.
However, often for STeemian who just joined Steem it is certainly not easy. many problems are encountered when trying to post. Sometimes ideas suddenly get stuck and can't come out. There are times when everything we want to write suddenly disappears. do not believe that what we will write can be accepted by other Steemians and get a big reward. Or other thoughts that end up inhibiting the work. If this continues, then the young Steemian will stop working.
When I was just joining STeemit I felt the same way. Moreover, I still remember that I joined Steem just because I read a post on Facebook and I tried to register. I do not know anything. Slowly I read posts from many Steemian and continue to study until now I understand a little more how to do a post that suits my capacity.
For that I want to give a little experience to all so when I want to make a post it does not stop.

Don't be afraid to choose the writing genre

We should not be afraid to choose the genre that we master. make works in the form of articles, short stories, paintings or even memes. we must be willing to make a work that interests us. If we like writing, do it well. What must be remembered is that we do not commit fraud by copying and pasting. We are strictly prohibited from doing it. If we quote other people's work, we must include the source.
It would be better if we make the work according to our own understanding and language. This will greatly help us in the smooth writing. We are no longer limited by the work of others. If this is done consistently I believe we will get to the point where it will attract the attention of another STeemian. They will read our post and give upvote.

Attractive appearance

A work will be of interest if we make the best presentations by selecting diction on tittle and interesting illustrations. Often curators will see the appearance of the illustrations. If they are interested in then they will read the title. If the title selection can take their heart then they will continue to read the contents of the writing. If the contents of their writing tickle them, they will provide valuable rewards for the writer.
it's like when a young man saw a girl at first time. if she feels attractive, she will try to get to know him better. Likewise, when a curator looks at the posts of content creators, they will see whether they make a good impression or not. if there is no impression they will be lazy to read further.

Don't be discouraged

A formidable Steemian is a Steemian who doesn't give up. Do not just because the posting has not received the expected rewward and then despair. We must be passionate about working and continuing to post. this consistency and hard work will one day be seen by the curator. Especially after Hard Fork 21/22, many people actively curate manually. This is an opportunity for newbies to steal the attention of curators. If once we can take their attention and give curation then the next step will be easier.

Read other people's posts

We must not be lazy reading. do not reach us just do a post without reading other people's posts. Because, by reading other people's posts, we will learn a lot. Even from other Steemian posts there will be inspiration to write again. I always try to read other people's posts like @xpilar. From the comments I did, I was always stimulated to write and then be able to post it. You may choose other people's writing to stimulate your brain to be sharper in writing.
Thus my writing hopefully will help young Steemians who have just joined Steem.
