Have not had crumpets in years and that looks Oh so good @lizelle I believe we call them crumpets some places in the world call them drop scones or something along those lines.
No matter what name they have, they are tasty fancy like you made, or on their own with syrup.

Yep some even call them pancakes but we know what a pancake looks like in SA not so ;) Some call them flapjacks as well, perfect for a cold winter's evening! Thanks for the visit :)
