Recipe Tofu Fried Krispi, Delicious Snack at Afternoon
WITH creativity, tofu can be processed into a variety of delicious snacks. One of them knows fried krispi that fits into a snack during the afternoon. As the name implies, fried krispi tofu has a crunchy texture, but soft inside.

Ingredients:
5 white tofu, steamed for 15 minutes
½ kg of high protein flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil
Enough water
How to make:
Cut the tofu that has been steamed with a box 3 cm or according to taste. Soak the tofu pieces in water that has been dissolved seasoning garlic powder, pepper powder, and salt;
Soak and insert the container that was already contained know the marinade in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour;
Prepare the container to make the dough. Enter the flour, garlic powdered pepper powder, salt and baking powder. Mix well until mixed;
Divide the two doughs. First dough grab 50 grams of flour mixture to serve as a liquid flour. Add a little water until the dough is melted and mix well. The second dough, let it sit or not be given anything;
Dip the tofu into the first dough dough. Roll the tofu into the second dough while pinched-pinch until the flour is evenly distributed;
Heat oil and fry until golden yellow. Tofu fried krispi ready to serve.
