My simple Kimchi style😊😋

Two days ago I tried making simple Indonesian kimchi because the ingredients were simple and from Indonesia, why did I say two days because cooking kimchi needed to be fermented, there was also one that could be eaten directly, namely kimchi fres
Dua hari kemarin saya mencoba membuat kimchi simple indonesia karena bahan-bahannya sederhana dan dari indonesia,kenapa saya bilang dua hari karena memasak kimchi perlu fermentasi ada juga yang langsung bisa di makan yaitu kimchi fres
Because the one who eats only me who likes it so I make it just a little
Karena yang memakan hanya saya yang suka jadi saya membuatnya sedikit saja
The ingredients:
- White mustard
- Salt
- shrimp
- carrots
- chili powder
- rice flour
How to wash clean mustard then put it in a container and bald chicory with salt, about 2 hours, after 2 hours clean the mustard prepare grated carrots, crushed shrimp and chili powder coat all the herbs into the white mustard after that let stand a few days to fermentation
Bahan-bahannya :
- Sawi putih
- Garam
- udang
- wortel
- bubuk cabai
- tepung beras
Caranya cuci bersih sawi putih kemudian taruh di wadah dan baluri sawi putih dengan garam,kurang lebih 2 jam,setelah 2 jam bersihkan sawi siapkan wortel parut,udang yang dihaluskan dan bubuk cabai lumuri semua bumbu sampai kedalam sawi putih tadi setelah itu diamkan beberapa hari untuk fermentasi

Serve with warm rice guaranteed to be addicted😋, good afternoon, have a good day
