STEEMJET UNIUYO: MY EXPERIENCE

23rd of June,2018,the day i wont forget in a hurry.It was the day of the steemjet awareness programme in university of uyo.Holding at the TETFund auditorium,Uniuyo main campus,it was a blast as everything went smoothly.Students from both the hostels and off campus attended and they all learned about steemit,steemjet and the cryptocurrency platform.

The event took off at 10:30am,with the first twenty people who were punctual enough received a reward of #1000 each.The master of the ceremony gave the opening prayer and proceeded to introduce all the members of the steemjet,the founder of steemjet,@deandaniel,@empato365,@samstickkz,@dannytroniz,Utin peter,@folly-pandy,@kvng1 and other dignitries.The host,@deandaniel then gave an opening speech and expressed his appreciation to us for attending.He also gave us a brief introduction to cryptocurrency and what steemjet objectives are.

Next was @folly-pandy who told us the benefits of being on steemit as you get to earn even while you are a student.He also did a Q&A series in which the person who gets the right answer gets a gift.I was among the lucky ones as i answered a question and i got a reward of 2SBD and for this i express my gratitude to the steemjet community.

Next on stage was @samstickkz who spoke exclusively on cryptocurrency,its in and out,their transaction speed,mining and which one to invest in.He also talked about steemit and its importance,he talked about the transaction speed of steemit,which is better than some banks.He also encouraged the students who have not joined steemit to participate,saying that there is no excuse for not trying to be successful.

Utin Peter was next on stage as he gave a motivational speech to us.He encouraged us to think out of the box,and we should not be naive.He also talked about forcount and litecoin and how necessary it is to invest in it.He also talked about Goldcoin,and how we can buy,sell and mine int he platform.He emphasized that we can earn in gold and we can earn in cash.

After that ,@empato took up the mic and talked about steemit,steemjet and its benefits.Refreshment and entertaiment was not left out as Bayo took the mic and made us laugh our guts out after that Anyasi Emmanuel then took over and gave a talk about airdrops and financial oppurtunities.He talked about how to make money through tokens on the platform by doing tasks on facebook,twitter and other social media platforms.Refreshment and entertaiment was not left out as Bayo took the mic and made us laugh our guts out.Finally at about 12:40 the event came to a close with @deandaniel giving his closing speech.The MC then officially ended it with a prayer.

I have to say i have been informed and i have learned lots from this programme and i think i speak for everyone who attended that we were inspiried and motivated to be successful.I think more events like this should be organized to make everyone aware of steemit and steemjet and soon enough, we would take over the world
