My observation to the constituted authority of steemjet community (space force members)
Good day to my fellow steemian and steemjet community members in general .
I believe in a normal settings there is structure and re-structuring towards achieving the aims and objectives of the organization.
My observation goes to @dimimp and the spaceforce members most especially (our leaders)the space force 1

There are more than 140 space force members in which am very sure more than 30 of them are not in any department which have made most of them jobless and contribute less to the development of this great community, @dimimp said he will like us to work in group.
sirs/mas delegating steem power to someone with no department is like employing one to a company and coming there every day to sleep without any functions and value
I hereby call on the Constituted authority to please look into this issue so that our aims and objectives can be better achieved (global STEEM adoption) ....
Like the Newton first law of motion which state that an object will continue to be in a state of rest unless an impressed or external force act on it. To me not being in a certain department can make one contribute less and I will also like to butress my point by stating the newton 3rd law of motion which state that to every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction..meaning when everyone is in one department or the other it is then we would see our place value and contributions to the community at large and challenged if not performing task given. You can't just be hired without carrying out some certain task to hasten the development of the community
I will also plead to the HOD'S to please recruit some new delegated members and add up many members
It will be great if our leaders can look critically into the community and create more
departments
I will also be glad if my observation is considered and worked on
