A PROPOSAL FROM THE STEEMJET SUPERVISORS AND MOTIVATORS DEPARTMENT

As the new head of this department i have compiled a proposal after consulting each member of the dept. As the name implies we're the supervisors the ones in charge of flagging/upvoting comments in the boss's blog, we have been doing that effectively and because of that we have made the comment section accessible to everyone
including those that make use of mobile phones. This is one of the most active departments on steemjet and it's workers has received numerous promotions due to this fact.

We came up with new initiatives to enable us perform our duties effectively, most of them has kicked off. We need funding for the following initiatives.

-Steemjet Weekly Creative Writing Contest
The aim of this intiative is to bring more people into the community since there are art contests, audio contests why can't there be creative writing contest?

The team took it upon themselves to organize this contest and winners will be awarded introduced to the community thereafter. We plan on making it a huge contest
the team will be in charge of evaluating the entries and picking it's winners. I think this is a big step forward for global adoption. We have already started the contest https://steemit.com/steemjet/@olanrewaju/steemjet-writing-contest-gets-a-notch-let-the-party-of-creativity-begins

-Preach Steemjet Initiative
Preach Steemjet initiative was invented by me, it's aim was to harness the influence of social media in order to promote steemjet. Organizing online/offline seminars for the public. We have a great youtube video maker who is part of the team, he will help us out with online seminars.I am friends with steemians from other continents they're ready to start a seminar in their countries too. All that is stopping us now is the funds to carry out this project. I plan on paying for ads on facebook advertising steemjet i'm sure this way we can attract a lot of creative writers, artists, musicians etc. It is a very big initiative but we're equal to the task. Once we receive funds we will commence.

YouTube: It would be used to publish our Olivia and the superstar story. @dromzz can do that.

Facebook: We will be using Facebook ads for promotion and awareness.

Twitter: We will be using this media for awareness too we will publish links to @dimimp's post and the creativity in our community.

Reddit: Reddit is a site used for blogging we could use it to create awareness of STEEMJET too.

Tencent: Tencent is Chinese microblogging app we would use it to create awareness. That covers Asia. Remember our goal is global adoption we need people from all round the world.

Seminars: This will serve as a medium to teach people crypto (steem) in different localities while handing out gifts, the best way to get people's attention is MONEY. Let's step up a bit and go OFFLINE (Show them what we are MADE of).

-Developing bots

The supervisor team is made up of a lot of talented people, we also have programmers in our midst. We want to build a bot that will detect plagiarized contents, spammers, fake accounts. We have already started working on this but we stopped half way due to lack of funds. We have blacklisted some persons who refuse to stop spamming https://steemit.com/steemjet/@lifeofdarlington/update-alert-from-the-supervisor-team and with bots we will eradicate these activities.

-Positive Contributors
We flag bad comments, but what about those who post good comments but don't get seen? We want to start a weekly or monthly series of good commentors giving them some rewards. When people see this they will want to become part of our community. As motivators, what is a better way to motivate people rather than give them some steem?

In conclusion most of people in the team do not have good gadgets that will help them work effectively, so we request for laptops and some funds for WiFi/Internet subscription so we can always remain online monitoring activities and carrying out our contests. Like me i have a bad and very slow laptop. It's screen is already flickering.

We have one more request, we want to be judges in picking winners of contests, that qualifies us as supervisors.
