It is so obvious that everyone agrees to this idea. Obviously we need more than just one "money man". @empato365 is openly asking me for help and I am ignoring him because I hate that job!
It was rude of me to give all that work to @empato365, now he is sick and tired. All our activity is too much for one man to monitor.
Thanks for the assistance in this area. It is a tough job and one that I was all too happy to give away, although obviously without much thought.
I despise power and money which is another reason why I am so desparate to give away all my steem! I still have a little left, let me know what you need my friend!

Thank you @dimimp, for gracing me with this task. Words are but firewood that fuels the meal on fire but let my work do the cooking. I am trilled and yes, this is one of the ways to solve our issues with funding.
All that's needed for me to do is to guide you on the delegation procedure cause I notice you just started getting the hang of this fun toy - delegation tool. When an amount of sp is undelegated, it takes 7 days for the sp to be returned so to make it easier and cut the long queue or wait, you can easily delegate the sp's to the mentioned accounts as you have listed and the sp will be intact. In order words, no undelegation is needed, all you need to do is the same redelegating you've been doing.
When this is done, then you would have successfully created room for @gutzygwin delegation although the sp won't be available to delegate at that time cause it is technically "undelegated" so then, we wait for seven days and the sp is free and available to delegate, then you can issue it or delegate it again.
But if you do want to pass this due process, you can just power up liquid steem and delegate but as you have rightly said, we need to manage our expenses.
So a re-delegation will be carried out as you have said to the accounts you mentioned, from there on, sp will be free but not yet available to delegate to @gutzygwin till after seven days and the delegation can be carried out.
We have a long way to go, I do not mind the wait cause I'm learning to be dim-superb like you.
Another thing I might need as I mentioned earlier on, funds need to be monitored and I will let the community vote out jet-mods who will review every proposal and make sure we account for everything..
Since Capital Fund is lacking for the meanwhile, any funding should be carried out by @steemjet-support account as listed. Steemjet-support should be graced with liquid steem (not necessarily now as capital funds are unavailable) to support this initiative and jet-mods will review every one's proposal and take from the account to fund them. I for one know some valid projects and departments who seek your help and their initiatives and work are impressive and that is steemjet media team.
Once @steemjet-support is funded with (WSF) - working steemjet funds will be tasked with distributing the funds effectively to personals and dept who need it most and who are dim-superb to manage our funds
Only valid information, cretive reports and ideas will hence be shared on your blog.
I will give you a list of jet-mods soon and we can start review with @steemjet-support.

this is beautiful ,funding has been a large problem in the community and although @empato365 and dr gwin is also working hard on regulations and making surer things are done the right way ,which is commendable ,@dimimp i would also love to task myself with review responsibilities .

I think getting messages across to you in very difficult. I dislikes the idea of spamming with multiple comments to reach you.
I think creating specific communication channels to get important information to your private mail is important. I won't mind to do this for you.

Definitely as much as its one of the hardest task, it's also necessary in all organizations..... To review funds and projects. Actually the auditing department headed by @penking should have been the right person to take up the task. But since he was only tasked to keep accounts then yes maybe to @gustzygwin then.
