I think your list has absolute realistic aims on it actually. Persistence, quality and patients will give us all a chance to actually reach there I believe!

Hehehe I live arouns those kinds of waters as well but in the Caribbean. But you know the saying of 'you miss what you dont have'or something like that :D
So then Im only thinking of snowy landscapes at the moment ;)
