GWWM: Learning from people...Part I
If there were no people, there wouldn’t be the books either. Smart people write smart books. The goal is to find people who acquired a PRACTICAL INTELLIGENCE applicable in practice.
I was never interested in WHAT other people talk about, but WHY did they talk about that. It is more important WHY someone talks than WHAT he or she talks about. If you can understand someone’s standpoints, WHY people talk about something, then all his or her knowledge will be absorbed.
Many WHY’S bear many experiences. Many experiences bear PRACTICAL INTELLIGENCE.
If you reach for spiritual wealth, then learn from spiritually wealthy people. If you reach for material wealth, then learn from materially wealthy people.
CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE is a product of PRACTICAL INTELLIGENCE.
Synergy of different experiences produce unique ideas that bring success by itself. You’ll agree that great a idea is half of the success. The millions that someone has earned are not relevant, but the road that person underwent towards these millions. That way is the essence of success. Those who succeeded in life have the same result but a different road taken.
If you immerse yourself in what I’ve said, you’ll see that principles of success are the same, only the names are different. You should consider these principles from different points of view.
This gives you a possibility of creating your own style and your own way you walk on towards success.
In order to gain a healthy way of thinking and creating, you should listen to positive and good examples. You should also listen to some negative examples, but only when you feel strong enough to avoid immersing yourself in their psychology. What should take away from those examples are only what you should not do and in what way.
An idea is like a poem, as love that you feel spreading with every step to success. Absorb ideas from everybody. Like a baby, that nurses mother’s milk.
The position of a little baby against her mother’s breast is the right position for learning and absorbing the new ideas. Rush on your milk. Yet, be careful, if your milk is too hot, you might be burnt. Negative ideas are as hot milk. Drink knowledge at normal temperature and you’ll improve your own efficiency in applying knowledge.

We have all heard the idioms "To fail is human" and "you live and you learn". We commit errors consistently, extensive and little, disappointments and blunder. Be that as it may, disappointment botches still don't feel like a wonderful learning opportunity. I know it is my deficiencies that make me extraordinary and that I should grasp the bumbles and screw ups. In any case, it is a test for me and a test for a large number of us. We live and act in approaches to avert botches — not going out on a limb, extending our usual ranges of familiarity or bouncing outside the crates we stow away in. In any case, our errors and disappointments are blessings, pearls, guideposts in our learning and development as individuals. So grasp disappointments, botches, screw ups and weaknesses since they make us exceptionally our identity, as well as show us effective lessons.

You are very right. When one starts an activity -writing, singing, painting- the ideas are born based on our previous experiences acquired. That is, without a basic knowledge of something it is difficult to start something. At least that's how I feel.

From ur idea of practical intelligence, ots gonna always be associated with pain...more times than not. There has to be an alternative.
