Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #43 Rice Tortilla
Happy Sunday for all, this week 43 is thematic is the sandwich contest created by the king @jaybird
I confess that it got me thinking this week trying to look for a family recipe and be able to add it in a sandwich.
I could find a family recipe these are some rice tortillas, we usually prepare them with rice that we have left after the meal, we also usually make it from pasta.
I also wanted to add a cultural ingredient called llanero cheese, you can only find it in my country venezuela is a hard cheese that we usually grate and we eat it with almost all meals, it is very popular to eat arepa with llanero cheese.
Rice tortilla Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
-Sliced Peasant Bread
-For the Rice Tortilla: Cebollin, Celery Spain, Onion, Sweet Aji, Cooked Rice, Egg, Ham, Adobo and Salt
-Grated Llanero Cheese
-Butter
-Tomato
We start with the rice tortilla.
The dressings go stir-fry with a little oil and then mix everything.
We start by making the tortillas in a pan with a little oil.
Pass the slices of bread with a little butter through the toaster
Grated llanero cheese

Very cool idea using the rice to sort of make a pancake. Glad that you were able to bring this cultural gem to SSC :)
It's the idea of the tortilla the different onions that is the flavor that my family gives with all those types of onions
