Very cool idea using the rice to sort of make a pancake. Glad that you were able to bring this cultural gem to SSC :)
It's the idea of the tortilla the different onions that is the flavor that my family gives with all those types of onions
That's right, I had not done this before but here it is and I do not regret that it was very good
