Vegetarian Breakfast sandwich

I was going to go vegan, but saw that the "sausage" I use had egg whites in it so I went with the egg thing and built it up bigger. I started by grating my potatoes for the hash and mixing pancake batter.

Then throw the sausage into the oven

Then all you gotta do is build it up and top it off with syrup. I made this a bit spicy with a lot of black pepper in hash browns.

So Good I enjoyed for dinner. And then again for late night snack. Try meatless or with dead critter. Either way weird is ohh so good.
