Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #78 - Breakfast Bread Bowl

Hello, Sammich Lovers! Here is my SSC entry for week 78. Let's eat!
(I am, as I write this)

Step 1:

Cut a hole out of your homemade bread roll (bread roll recipe courtesy @lyndsaybowes' Grandma Anne).

Step 2:

Line that hole with a slice of ham.

Step 3:

Crack an egg in there - scrambled if you like.

Step 4:

Add colby jack cheese.

Step 5:

Bake in oven. I did 350°F for 20 minutes, adjust as necessary. Things often take longer in Pyrex (which is what I used), so it may need less time if you're using a metal sheet.

Step 6:

Eat! :)
