For this contest we pretty much accept anything your heart deems to be a sandwich lol.
Some1 has actually entered a sandwich that was between 2 pancakes so ur good.
@progressivechef entered a sandwich using a piece of roasted pineapple as the "bread."
Check out any of @steemit-foodies enteies, she often uses odd stuff to make her "bread." This week she made cauliflower type patties and stuck a bunch of stuff inbetween that.!
The contest is really just a hub for creativity, push the boundaries of "what is a sandwich." Have a great time doing it and meet some really interesting ppl at the same time!!

Great thank you! I already follow @steemit-foodie. I had great time sharing and eating it. Filming without tripod and cooking was a challenge :)

Put the thickness and the stretchy the pancakes would hold together nicely.
