When my new kitchen is finished I'll be doing some amazing sandwiches as well. But for now I will live through your posts. ;-)

It looks like an interesting creation. Make sure to post this to the official contest post to enter and also so other's can see your work.
In the future, you will have to create a physical sign that you photograph along side the sandwich in order to validate it appropriately.

I love it when I add eggs and bacon, I can not imagine the incredible smell of that sandwich

Mmmm, usually just mayo.. Sometimes I use Asiago Artichoke dip as a sauce...
Do you have special sauce for your sandwiches?
I like to put it in addition to mustard mayonnaise, tomato sauce and prepare a garlic or cheese sauce
