Love the sheer amount of onions put on this lol. If ur already going hummus sandwich, may as well right !?

I need to start making some more veggie style manwiches, too much meat these days!

    Thanks! Yeah I guess it is quite a generous amount of onions hehe, I love em! Have you tried caramelised onion hummus? That stuff is ridiculously good! I will try think of some more veggie sandwiches to post to inspire you 😊
