This I am going to make. Thank you for the recipe. I eat something similar with spinach and feta but I will rearrange the ingredients to these for the new taste. Not sure about tortilla's but can use something similar.
I was actually thinking of using Feta with this but tried to be as authentic as possible, hope you enjoy it!
