Ingredients
✔oil
✔mustard seeds
✔cumin seeds
✔Few dashes Asofeteida (hing powder)
✔garlic clove, grated
✔coriander-cumin powder
✔chili powder
✔turmeric powder
✔garam masala powder
✔small onion, finely diced
✔potatoes, peeled boiled and dice
✔Salt to taste
✔Sliced Bread
✔Sliced American Cheese (I use Amul sliced cheese)
✔Tamarind -Date Chutney
Grilled Samosa cheese Sandwich 🥪
It is one of the famous street food of mumbai. Samosas along with some veggies stuffed and cheese in bread slices and then grilled. All you need is some samosa,veggies, home made chutney, cheese and bread slices. Easy to make and delicious to eat.

Ah.. nice, there is nothing better than a grilled sandwich (we call them toasties here...). Although this is a pretty gourmet sounding one from the recipe!
