Your pitas look a little bit like bread which I probably like better than pita from the shop. I'm not such a fan of a very soft bread :)

I love falafel! Don't make it too often at home as it tastes best when it's fresh and we are just two of us so we're not able to finish one batch and I'm too lazy to bake a small batch every day :)
