Sounds like a healthy delicious sandwich!! I love slow cooked chicken- makes it so tender and absorbs all the delicious flavors cooked with it:)
Glad that your wounds healed so fast! I didnt know about the healing benefits that pepper had- thats new to me:)

    Thanks @cooknbake - yes cayenne pepper is amazing - can be put on an open wound and has antiseptic qualities. The chicken was delicious. Have a great day too
