Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #31: MEAT LOVER'S SPROUTED QUINOA SANDWICH

today is my very first time joining this "steemit sandwich contest". I would like to thank @jaybird for organising this contest. Today I have made the one and only MEAT LOVER'S SPROUTED QUINOA SANDWICH. When I think of wheat free, it reminds me of gluten free which reminds me of Paleo diet and all those stuff are all related to healthy meals. I don't fully agree on those diet but I enjoy the challenge of not using a lot of ingredient that are not Paleo or gluten free friendly. Don't misunderstand me I am not staying paleo diet is bad, I am just staying some people misunderstood the concept. Eating everything in moderation is the key. Anyway back to the sandwich, it's packed full or protein, minimum fat and sugar which mean I guess people who are interested in losing weight may be into this.

  2. baked country ham (left), blue mountain ham (middle), pork jerky (right)
  3. spicy vege cured pork lion( homemade)
  4. barbecue pork lion ( homemade)

  2. organic pasteurised egg yolk
  3. Rock sea salt
