This was taken much after the sun had actually set. Sometimes the best sunsets come after the sun sets.
Oak Island Beach - Atlantic Ocean
In the fall and winter in Southeast North Carolina - you can see both the sunrise and (in this case) the sunset over the Atlantic...that cannot be beat!
Oak Island West End
This is where the Ocean meets the Intracoastal Waterway... I hear there is some great fishing around here.

I really like the reflection and silhouettes in the first one. It reminds me of a shot I was considering submitting which was taken not too far away in South Carolina.
