SteemitPhotoChallenge Entry #3: Sauteed Peppers and Mushrooms with Ginger and Soy Sauce
With many, many, many upgrades underway at the Garden of Eden, it is a blessing to find unity and stability in one of the things that we do best--FOOD!
As our Eden Knights spread across the globe to scout locations for Eden 2.0 and to partake of SteemFest (more posts to come!), it's a real blessing that this week's Photo Challenge reminds us of our roots. We love food, and you can read all about how we honor this fundamental aspect of life in our previous post here.
Thank you @jamtaylor and @berniesanders for hosting this community event! We appreciate any and all opportunities to play with food, so we're especially grateful for your inspiration!
We give thanks that we have shared thousands of high vibe meals together. Choosing only 3 entries to this week's photo challenge was a challenge in itself because all of our food is delicious and beautiful. We chose to go with something crowd-pleasing straight from our land.
This simple dish was an Eden Knight favorite and is our final entry to the Photo Challenge! Loaded with vitamin C, these peppers, mushrooms, and ginger from our garden were earthy, satisfying, and super healthful:
Sauteed Peppers and Mushrooms with Ginger and Soy Sauce
Like all of our food, these were cooked over rocket stoves we built by hand from dirt and bricks. We burned fence panels diverted from the landfill as fuel, so there are layers upon layers of tasty, nutritious, AND sustainable simmered right in!
We launched our new project: Eden 2.0 is underway! We are extremely committed to success, and everything we do is now dedicated towards the expansion of our more comprehensive version of paradise on Earth.
You had me at "peppers."

That's right!!!
Oh, that reminds me, I can add an avatar now.
