Dear All, last 7 October 2017 we had monthly mothers meeting at school. We would love to share the program with you with details. We would like share series of monthly mothers meeting and it will be posted monthly. Read Our last post about monthly meeting with mothers few months ago.

Monthly Mothers Meeting At @SchoolForSDG4 ! Educated Mothers Can Change a Nation

As we organize monthly family meeting every month, it had no change this month. We wanted to bring any motivational speaker. Though we asked a school teacher from Sylhet to join in the program but the program day she became busy and couldn't join with us.

Mother is the first educator for children. As husband go for work and wife stay at home, they get more time to understand their children. As it is hard to organize fathers meeting, so we decided to keep continue with mothers.

As we organize mothers meeting monthly, so I bought some apple from local market. I remember @girlbeforemirror who was chatting with me couple of weeks ago and saying "Healthy supported mothers grow happy healthy children". We have been organizing monthly mothers meeting and fruits for the mothers since 20 April, 2016.

The main reason of the monthly program is to inform mothers about children performance and reward children for their activities. Other important points are feedback from mothers and discuss openly about their children development, difficulties they face to manage their children and let know about children attendance in last month. At the end, kids receive reward for their performance from their beloved mothers on behalf of @SchoolForSDG4

Mothers of Al-Amin was saying that "we don't need anything but education. My children loves to come school. He says his teachers take care of him. "

I was replying to them " Look, we can give them school dress in future which I think less important. We can support for their education what they need but important thing is their educational development. I need your help like before. Always guide them."

Arman and Ridoy were sitting outside and waiting for their mothers.

There was three types of gifts for three classes.

The winner of the elementary level winner was Juma. She was upset as her mom made late to join the meeting.

Class One winner was Al-amin.

Class two winner was Emon.

At the end, we distributed fruits for mothers. Teacher of class one and two were talking with Arif's mom about her children problem. We have seen that children who come with mother/father at school do better job than other children. So we recommend mothers to come school and discuss with teachers about their children education.

As many children much curious to know what happening at school. So we selected three volunteers so they can take them back to home. It will be awkward to see lots of kids standing in front of school.
