0˚C woul be considered warm for this time of year! lol But it’s not so bad at the current –7˚C either. :) Once it drops below –10˚C, then it can feel a little cold.
You Swedish people are so tough to the extreme weather. England's pretty chilly but you guys know how to do proper cold weather.
Well, our houses are really well-insulated against cold, that's for sure!
