With risk to repeat myself I will say that you are a very strong person. You have got hard life but you found way to fight your fears and to win this battle.
I think the worst thing is to give up and you prove that knowing your fears you are half way through to fight them and to free yourself.

Honestly, I never have enough of your support and encouraging words. They give me more courage to persevere and defeat the shadows inside of me, so Thank you very much for repeating them now and then (I actually can't thank you enough for that)
