Thank you for stopping by. I like using affirmation questions when wanting a change too.
For focus I like asking:
What would it take to keep focus?
What would it take to be clear on what I want?
Why would it take to let myself work in one task at a time?
What would it take for having the ability to concentrate to be easy?
I like turning my shoulds into “how can I” questions.
That is really fantastic advice. A little structure goes a long way!
