Metric Units of Capacity and Unit Conversions

In this post there are two activity sheets to explore metric units of capacity. Capacity is the ability to hold or contain. Capacity of a container also relates to its volume. The metric unit of capacity is Liter (l) or Litre (l).

Most often the fluids (liquids and gases) needed to be measured by their volume and then these units of capacity (volume) come handy.

Great post @mathworksheets. A litre is a metric unit which is used to measure the capacity of an object, but there are other metric units that can also be used which introduces the metric units for capacity.
