Fair is to grant the right of every entitled fully without more without less between the same fellow who is entitled in the same circumstances and the punishment of the person who violates the law in accordance with the error and the offense he committed. In short, fair is to be neutral with all considerations.

Fair is a very good trait that must be owned by everyone. The fairness can not be taught in a short time. The nature of justice must be taught slowly and gradually. This fair nature must be instilled in children from an early age. Since childhood, the child must be taught what is fair and educate him to have that trait.

The fairness is very important to be possessed by people in certain professions such as judges. But even if not a judge, everyone should have a fair nature. Well, how to educate children to have fair use? Here are some things to watch out for.

Provide a fair example

Fair is a trait that can not be taught quickly. This nature must be pervasive in the child in various ways. One way to educate children to have a fair nature is to show the trait. Parents or educators should be models of how fairness is applied in life. Give examples of fairness in children and they will follow.

Fair is not always the same

Teach children that fair does not mean being the same in all things. But fair is giving what is needed so that all have the same rights. For example there are 3 children with different age ranges. First child in elementary school, second child in high school and third child on campus. When the distribution of pocket money these three children can not get the same nominal because of the different needs of different. So, the news of money to them according to his needs.

Honest

The fairness comes from an honest nature. Vice versa. Fair and honest is inseparable. Therefore keep the child to be honest so that his fairness can grow and be well preserved. Conscience

The fairness comes from a soft, clean conscience. In order for children to have a fair nature then parents must keep their children to continue to have a conscience in assessing something. Logic and conscience must be well preserved.

That's some things that must be considered by parents or educators so that children can grow a fair nature in him. The just nature is needed by this world. If all the leaders of this world have a just nature then there will be no more social or war gap in this earth.
