You know, I hadn't thought of it before, but this would be excellent to help the kids with their Enlgish. Frank, the kids and I could create a story in English, so of course, some of their sentences would be a little chunky and not make as much sense, but it would be a fun way for them to learn, because I'd help them with their phrase structuring in the process. They'd come up with the sentence, and I'd tell them the correct way to write it, perhaps write it myself and have them look and then they can read it.
Sometimes, what we do is a silly game where someone write a sentence, folds the paper to hide it and write one word on the next line. The next person has to continue based on that one word and they write their last word on the next line. At the end we read the "story" which makes no sense and is hilarious. We do this typically in French. It could be fun to incorporate it in English, it would be a good laugh, and it wouldn't matter if the sentences don't make sense, because that's the whole point with that game.
That is a cool twist, and yea, it truly does not matter if it makes sense- in fact, the weirder the better!
Weird is good :)
I like to say I thrive on my insanity... I'm afraid of the so called sane people...
LOL
Haha! Same.
