STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #25 - My favorite dish #2 - Homemade pizza

 

I could not avoid another my favorite food in this culinary challenge - it's pizza.  You can add variety  stuffing in the pizza, but the most important thing in pizza is a dough. If the dough is cooked properly, the rest - it is not so difficult.

 Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour - 300-400 grams
  • warm water- 200 ml.
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • dry yeast - 10 grams
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • sugar - 2 teaspoons

1. Add salt, sugar, dried yeast In the sifted flour and stir. Pour warm water into the flour. Add the butter and gently stir, knead the dough with a homogeneous consistency.

2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 45 minutes to make it grew. Pizza dough should increase in volume by about half.

3. Divide the dough into several pieces, roll each part into a thin cake. If the cake will come out too thin, do not worry - yeast dough will still rise slightly.  We get two pizzas a diameter of about 30 cm with so many dough. 

4. The rolled dough lubricates with ketchup (ketchup we also have homemade).

5. Next lay out stuffing, ham and bacon, pickled corn, olives, mushrooms and chopped tomatoes, grated cheese (I love it when a lot of cheese).

6. Add salt & pepper to taste.

7. Pizza bake in the oven for 20-40 minutes at 180-230 degrees Celsius. The time depends on the thickness of the filling and dough.
