Oooh yum! That's a delicious looking bowl of fresh garden vegetables, I love it! A lovely variety of colours, textures and flavours, cooked and raw. I've never prepared pumpkin in thin strips like that, but I will because they look fantastic sprinkled with sesame seeds.
