Looks delicious. This was a meal that I can remember my mother making on a regular basis. My lovely wife prepares a great Pot Roast. She prepares it in a crock pot and lets it cook on medium for most of the day. By the time all the vegetables and roast are done the aroma has permeated every cubic inch of our home.

The roast just falls apart, leaving the meal to be enjoyed with one less utensil, a knife.
