Hearing thoughts as they come and go
It's automatic, the flow
Coming from place which is full of love
Never able to fully grasp the control
What I do is enjoy and let it go
It's a process of growth
And what we are tuned to
Set your mind to see what you need to

Break out of the loop
Form new habits
Create a hook
You are who you are
You do what you do
How you do it
Depends on you
Words are spells
Magic is true
What will you tell

Why doesn't Steemit let us LIKE and UPVOTE every dang thing the way Facebook and Twitter do without penalizing our zeal and affection and passion for our fellow man?
Wonderful poem about mindfulness and being in-the-moment! So many of us have trouble "letting it go" but would be happier if we could master that. Thanks for sharing this lovely piece with #steemitbloggers
