If a foreigner were to watch our programming they would think that we are all a bunch of gays or lesbians , that do nothing but find ways to screw each other in business and the bedroom.

I agree with this. A lot of shows are like that. Pakistani dramas usually highlight the dilemmas and issues prevalent in our society but seeing them mostly depresses me instead of giving entertainment.
