I think a lot of us fall into this trap of forgetting about ourselves. I'm so happy that you are finding time for yourself and that it is making you happy, good for you.
Yes that trap is so tricky and it lures you towards it quite a lot of times. I am happy to have escaped it :) Thanks for stopping by :)
