This is without question one of my favourite "Lazy Day" meals. It is not only super yummy but also one of the easiest things to prepare! Bacon wrapped chicken with roast veg. I literally do it all in one pan, in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 45 min and then turn the oven off and leave it in there for another 15 to 20 min.

I use nothing but 4 sets of seasoning. Two for the chicken and two for the veg. I love the @inapaarman range... can you tell? Haha. Wrap the chicken in the streaky bacon rasher and Bob's your uncle! It really helps having a 9yr old boy because most of the plates I photograph are his. The portion sizes are simply perfect Haha... and yes, this is his plate. I Hope you try it!!!!
