Sounds drinkable, ROFLOL! I had a History teacher who walked with a limp. I asked him why, and he told me that a sow had chewed on it. You just have to ask why...He made moonshine, and started feeding the mash to his hogs to get rid of it. A hung over sow got him! He decided he had to find another way to make a living, LOL! :D
I can see that, some of them things are mean, there is a saying around here.... went to take a dump and the hogs ate'm. for when someone disappears... They will eat anything.
That's sad but true. That is always the drawback of a still, you have to have a running water source to keep the condenser box cool. If they knew one was in the area, all they had to do was follow the creeks.
Corn would be the most obvious, but sorghum grows well here too!

He was trying to avoid putting the mash in the river, they would track it back to where it was dumped in. The hogs made it go away....
