Oh hugs.... Yeah I also don't like it when things go unplanned. I especially learn that more after marrying my husband who tends to make plans or cancel plans the last minute. Yeah I somehow am still adapting to it. I get especially upset if my me time that I look forward to is disrupted. So I have to "look forward" to something else by creating something.
