@zekepickleman, to be honest I have no idea. I quit smoking more than 10 years ago... But I see that there are many vapor shops and coffee shops here. Many people visit them. But cannabis is still prohibited. Although many people here in Moscow show Canada as a good example ...
How do they view these things in Moscow? Can you even get them and is there any demand?
