Beautiful Floating Village In Lake Titicaca

>Imagine, wake up and then watch the world float past our window, what about what disaster is going on? A flash flood or a nightmare storm is crashing into our home? Or this is just an ordinary day in the grass beds floating on Lake Titicaca.

>Located at an altitude of 3812 meters in the Peruvian fields, here are 40 floating islands. Originally made by Peruvian Uros from the Incas, these beautiful islands are used for escape and shelter from ever-ending wars in their homeland. These Uros tribe friends steemit can really make them difficult to reach by the aggressors, and because they have been very well done by their people for centuries, there seems to be no reason to move to land.
Crafted with careful hands, this floating countryside is composed of layers of tortora grass that are joined together and tied to a floating base structure, such as a pontoon. The result is like a giant raft, and it's great to be able to withstand heavy and heavy loads.
These islands are actually quite up-to-date and can be forced to burden but also must be fixed periodically to maintain their power. As old weeds begin to detach from their basic structure, new weeds replace them on the surface. The weeds are carefully removed from the edge of the Titicaca lake. These islands are moored in place with ropes tied to wooden poles to the bottom of the lake.

Only a few of those islands are willing to receive visitors, which is not necessarily a bad thing because there are reports that the Uros tribal tradition is changing rapidly because of their increased interaction with tourists. The inhabitants of this lake regard themselves as protectors of the lake and supposedly earlier than the Incan civilization, and according to legend from generation to generation, it even existed before the sun, stars, and moon. No wonder they are worried about being pestered by people who want to know a lot about them.
