New Marketing Plan Is Out But Something Is Still Missing - Please Fix The Voting Curve ASAP
Hey everyone,
This was something that almost everyone agreed to and it would go a long way to bring in new users. We need a more linear curve so more people have more people. Communities are great but the system still does not work for a majority of users. I don't want to take anything away from investors but if the site is going to grow it needs to be appealing to new users. People need to see, even if it is small, a point to their actions. A point to their votes and a point to their posts. The site was working fine before the update but that was only because on the experiment. And can you please let us know that the rewards will be back to the same levels as pre HF, this slow growth is a little too slow and if, when it is done, we are not reaching the same levels, we need to go back to the way it was.

we are still in week 3- I meant 2 , so atm we only receive 1/3 of the normal level of payouts, right?
I believe we are about to complete week 2. I believe the pool is only about 30% or so filled right now but something to keep in mind is that it will likely take longer than the 30 days before payouts go back to what they were pre HF. Due to the new averaging mechanism used, it will take something closer to 6-8 weeks before we see payouts back to what they were. That was my understanding at least.
Yeah that's what I heard and I am hoping for, because if it is 30 days we are no hitting the same level. Thanks for the response.

I agree. The experiment is what brought Steemit to life for me, but then the HF kinda snuffed the life out. I understand and support it if it is good for the long term. I am trying to stay active.
Voting Curve and Communities are what I want most!
We need higher payouts. Then steemit will market itself. Its simple as that. People are making the growth of steemit more difficult then it needs to be. All we need is a whale to pump the price and it will go viral. At least I think it will.
