If you have any interest in gaming, whether you are an esports pro or a casual noob pushing buttons, help me get traction for this growth-idea:

Even if you could not care less about games, still consider dropping an upvote. Gaming will do a lot for steem if it is done right. Even if it is just a fun side distraction, it will help to improve the time people spend on the site. There are so many good ideas we can start with gaming, we just need to decide which one and start building. I'm here to help where I can, and I can bring original character ideas, dialogue and stories to the mix. @triverse has some good ideas as well.

Please resteem the post, upvote it, tweet it, tattoo it on your forehead. And upvote this post to so we can get people to that post :p I really think this can be something that will help the site a lot and gave it an aspect that is both fun and different from the other aspects of the site. It is one that will attract people even if they could not care less about social media.

And don't believe me esports and gaming is big? Here is a link to a news story that says in 2022 it will a medal event in the Asia games:

That's right, a medal event. Let's get steem on this.

Upvoted and resteemed. I agree, this could be a great thing for Steemit.

If done with the older, early 1980's arcade, games in mind then it would not be all that stressful on servers or the blockchain as most of those games were less than 60k in size.

Thanks @trivserse, at this post I'll take anything to get it started :p.
