Minnowbooster will process all upvotes once steemit nodes are up again. So you will experience a delay but no loss in money. My guess is randowhale will do the same.

@resteembot is written with SteemJS which as far as I know is just a layer on top of the API.
Yesterday at 3 PM GMT @resteembot crashed due to a server error. That is why a lot of users experienced delays with their resteems.
Do you know if I should expect more errors?
