Feeling strange these days? A simplified understanding of the current " Earth Ascension" process.
Overview
Some of you might know about the ongoing Ascension process and some might not, nevertheless in this article I'm going to give a very simple, down to earth explanation on the subject, keeping this very simple and understandable.
If you don't know about the process, you might have noticed by now that things in life are slowly changing in one way or another, that would be due to the so-called "Ascension Process"
What is the process?
The process itself is an evolutionary step for mankind, we are starting to evolve on many levels. I'm probably going to address the different kinds of changes in a different case specific article but for now, the topic will be focused only on the core concept itself.
The Ascension is mainly connected to a shift in energies and frequencies of our planet. That would be the core of it, yet with that change, we start to feel the effects of our minds, bodies and actions.
As I've said before, everything on this planet resonates on a specific frequency, for example, we have our aura fields which is a by product of our resonance. In the same way, we have our aruas, the earth has its own that is composed of the collective energy, including our own, therefore as we change our energy, the earth changes its energy.
I won't go into much detail about cosmological changes, yet I will say that at this state, we are entering a phase where the earth will start to shift frequency due to cosmic events, resulting in a mass change to all the inhabitants, hence we are going to be experiencing shifts in energy the upcoming years. The event already started a couple of years back but now it has reached the point where almost everyone will start noticing changes.
The shift mainly has an effect on our consciousness and bodies, the most noticeable would be the consciousness. The tings we think and do have an effect on our resonance, hence as the bar rises we will be pushed to change our thinking patterns, sleeping patterns and eating patterns so we may adapt, otherwise, we might end up feeling depressed or under mental weight.
What will happen.
As to what I have noticed through my experience, this phase of life should bring much value to humanity. The higher we go means the less we will need to sustain our lifestyles, not only in a physical aspect.
It's going to challenge our core beliefs because they are the anchors to our frequencies, so a lot of people will be left in a state where life stops, finding themselves erased until they structure new and refined belief to match the shift.
People will start to better see life circumstances, hence having a better judgment and better choices, leading to better outcomes.
There are a lot of speculations about the subject which are around the web, yet it is something unique and indescribable by only words, hence we make our own description as we evolve.
The road to change isn't easy, yet there isn't any gain without sacrifice, people will be pushed to make hard life decisions, also making core decisions about their overall structures as individuals.
The shift is mainly about deleting or refining aspects of the ego, as to what I've experienced, the main shifts are on an inner level, connected to the body and nervous system.
We have a lot of negative experiences and traumas stored in our bodies and subconscious minds that get processed so they may not weigh us down anymore.
Also, some people might have kundalini experiences due to the rise of energy. The Kundalini itself is really something known only in eastern teachings.
Whats the end goal?
There is still much to be learned about this phenomenon, yet the end result should be inner peace, acceptance and overall a better life that one can truly enjoy.
There should be other things, yet we can't be sure at this stage as the knowledge comes through experience only.
From our personal perspectives, the shift is all about dealing with all the negative aspects of life on an inner level which will afterward be expressed, finding its way in society.
By changing the way we see the world we change our approach to it.
Put in simple words, the shift is about realizing who we are and grasping our potential, everything else is specific to the given individual.
Conclusions
If you have started to notice things changing in life, then congratulations! You are on your way to evolution and a better life. If you haven't started yet, then be patient and sooner or later your time will come to.
You may find yourself reading all sorts of stuff like aliens coming, different realms, portals, and timeline shifts but at the end, it's just simple as raising the frequency, the things we experience help us do that. At the end of the day, we don't need aliens heavy spiritual teachings and all that crazy stuff to be kinder and more loving.

very nice! this is a little understood thing, Ascension! The interesting thing is it never really stops.. we just keep ascending ever more! ;-)
we re definitely ascending as a planet.. no doubt! of course from a human time frame it seems VERy slow.. but actually if we really look at how the world has changed in the last 50 years its pretty staggering!!!!!!

Ah, I was reading and feeling a bit about the earth's resonant frequency increasing. Comparing the frequency to brain pattern frequencies it can be said the Earth's frequency is experiencing stress, anxiety, high alertness, excitement etc. Up from a state of calm and ease and relaxation, more empty minded meditation which was around 7hz (Schumann) . That feeling of peace when we're in nature staring at a beautiful vista :)
However, if we raise the frequency higher still past all the stress, and anxiety were experiencing today. We get an even higher state of energy which is gamma associated in the mind with heightened sense of awareness and connection more alert and conscious yet relaxed and at ease.

Thanks for the awesome feedback man! It's amazing that you actually had the initiative to check out the frequency shifts and study them.. I've mostly felt the effects and derived info based on that, although id love to have a look at anything you may have on the subject :)
