It seems the post I wrote yesterday about how I am now a movie star hardly got seen because of Steemit downtime yesterday :(
Sometimes you put a certain amount of effort in a post and it gets a decent amount of views and it’s all good. This is why we post on Steemit, getting views is where it all starts.
But sometimes life on Steemit is hard.
You can put a certain amount of effort in a post and you post it, only to find out that the site becomes almost unreachable for the entire day... effectively drowning your post almost at once.
Post gone. Effort not rewarded with views. But you can’t reverse it... it’s registered in the blockchain. It has been posted, but nobody managed to even scroll by it because Steemit was mostly down.
I’ve purposely not added a photo to this post only to see if someone even clicks on it. And it’s just a little rant anyway. Wondering how many views this post will get though. And if you feel a little bit sorry for the post I wrote yesterday that drowned immediately, please do click on the link below to at least just give it some views:
Hopefully Steemit will manage to be up for days to come so no more posts basically get lost, so no effort get lost.

Hey Valderrama I was wondering what you think of the price trend of Stratis. I'm looking to buy some new altcoins and I think Stratis is at a very interesting price at the moment, what do you think?
Hi! I think STRAT below €3 is a good price. It will go back to around 5 to 6 or even higher before the end of this year.
Having said that... have you taken a look at PIVX? They'll release zPIV in a few days. Expect a big boost ;)
I have looked in to PIVX and I think it might have a lot of potential but I feel like Stratis would be a more secure investment because Stratis has been around longer and has seen a way higher price then it's valued at at the moment. Are there any concerns with Stratis you think I should be aware of?
@playforpleasure: I believe both are great investments. Of course Stratis has already seen prices way above what it costs now so you know it can reach at least that. I think Stratis are having a bit of trouble with their partnerships. The partnership with Microsoft was a huge deal, but we havent heard anything meaningful anymore about it. They have a partnership with the company in the sea food industry which was announced as a huge deal, but we havent heard anything from it since. Stratis is a true BAAS company... while PIVX is a cryptocurrency which has the potential to be collectively adopted with true decentralization. So you really cannot compare both, but in the end I believe PIVX will be paid with at a lot of different stores/merchants while Stratis is just to be used within their own ecosystem of companies that have side chains in their network.
